Backed home, with my lower back in pain. Guess im getting fat until the waist can no longer support me! sigh... need to start running again soon.

Been bowling well recently. Goodie... So happy....still got room for improvement.. but slowly im feeling the shots again. =p

Been runnin garound office today to get the new system in place. Sigh... was so blur initially that i looked toopid in front of others... sigh... felt so dumb in front of all the others. But luckily, the transition went well. Hopefully, its stable and no complaints from everyone!

Its only midweek! Cant wait for this sat! hehe....

Anz is happy....
