With Affection Comes Jealousy

How true is this liner?

I also wondered! How do one feel when the person you are like is out with someone else? Jealous? Or are you able to take it with a pinch of salt. For those with partners, do you allow them to meet up with the ex and not feel a tinge?

Yoda said to Anakin Skywalker in this episode that "With Affection comes Jealousy" and he advice this young jedi to learn to control this affection for Padme (Natalie Portman) or let go of this love in order to remove this jealousy. Bcos with jealousy, comes anger and with anger comes hatred, which eventually lured him to the dark side.

It struck me deeply as I think upon the numerous events in my life that i couldnt let go off. Issit so easy to let go of the affection/belief/love you have? I have seen many people struggled in their entire life moaning over the lost of their love ones. There were many who also took a long time to heal from this lost and eventually developed into someone more sceptical and more afraid to get hurt. How easy issit to phrase such a statement, but yet so difficult to put it into actions.

On this note, I dont blame why Anakin turned to the dark side as he yearns for power and the love he has for Padme. This also explains why people changes upon the failures they experienced in relationships making them into a different person.
