Duty Nite!
As usual, its my turn for nite today! However we are on audit this week (now i know wat a pest they are! spying on watever u are doing and waiting for u to make a mistake in order for them to write a report!) Damn... so had to be in office early for them to audit me. Well, as expected, they $%#^* over the smallest fault they can ever find, saying that it shld be done .. blah blah... way.
OF cos, its easier said than done when you are not the one doing it! It just makes me wonder why are humans more critical over others but never so when it comes to ourself and always giving lousy excuses to problems.. (Well, upon searching my heart, i too belong to this gp of ppl!)
well, today the duty crew is in a feast mode! Probably being influenced by me. haha... Managed to persuade them to have seafood meal like the one we had in Macpherson that nite with Lincoln, Joe and company. So it was crab (again), tomyam soup, fish, froggie legs, sotong, vege and prawns for dinner. Yummy.. another feast.. haha.. think the 3km run over the week is a waste, judging by the amount i eat! But im still on a healthy BMI! But the one in Macpherson beats this hands down!
Talking about BMI,(guess everyone knows how to calculate theirs), the standards for a healthy BMI has gone up to 23 from 30! Well, this will probably make no difference to most of us, but it has somehow become a center of attraction in our line of business! Gone were the days where un-fit personnel get away unpunished or getting "extra duties", but the new generation has to pass their IPPT and also to LOOK healthy. So ppl have to be fit and to be seen fit. *sigh* so all of us must have a healthy BMI of 20-23 or u will be told to slimmed down! (its getting more difficult to be in our line) - so guys out there, do watch out your diet and stay fit!
