Its simply amazing - I Learnt 4 New Things over lunch break!
Well, Lunch is a event that all of us usually look forward to after spending the entire morning in office. Well, for me.. its something that i really look forward to since im now on course and having to sit in Lectures can be a hassel for an old man!
First your mind wonder off thinking abt the girl next door and next, your brain juice isnt as active as before and u sat there wondering wat the hell is he trying to drive across! U are simply in space and most ppl usually start having a majong session with "Zhou Gong". No wonder he is so busy recently!
So time check: 11:45, 3 more lecture slides to go!
11:55 - Classes ended and off for lunch!
Its also another hassel having to think of wea for makan as we simply boycott the canteen food unless its raining and we simply have no access to our cars!
12:00 - LTA OH decided that we should have our much talk abt Ah-Shui Ba-kuk-teh (Which i simply have no idea wea it is!) It was only while I was driving that i discovered that it is located along Rangoon Rd. (First thing that I learnt over lunch!)
12:20 - Reached Ah-shui ba-kuk-teh (But it closes on Monday!! - Damn it!) (Second thing that I learnt over lunch!)
12:25 - Continued driving wondering wea LTA OH will lead us too as i had no idea wea we were and simply followed behind like a dumb ass and traffic was heavy too!)
12:30 - Reached "Jian Dao Jian" (the famous chinese cook rice store), which i always tot only opens at night! I was wrong as the sign say [Open from 11am - 3am] (Third thing that I learnt over lunch!)
13:00 - Had our sumptous lunch and started our return trip back to class.
13:30 - Lecture yet to start and LTA Chiam was reading the NEWPAPER which taught me the 4th and most important lesson of the day! It was stated in today's paper that from a poll of 100 S'pore woman, Durex condom was the most preferred brand with over 70% choosing them over its competitors! hmmmm... i wonder y too.
Well, it was certainly educational over lunch and i think that i learnt more useful stuff over lunch than what im supposed to be doing in class!! haha.... isnt it ironic
